He was prompt. Did what he said he would do and was upbeat and friendly the entire time. He knew the neighborhood and some of the problems we encounter in these houses.

Arrived on time and performed each task professionally and without surprises.  Demonstrated how to perform the unit flush each year and explained each step so I could do it myself in the future.  VERY HAPPY ME!  The price was less than a third of what other plumbers quoted for the job.

Called and left a message Water Boy Plumbing returned my call promptly and was very curious and worked with me on when they could come out and install a gas line for a new stove. He was on time and preformed the work to our high expectations and I will use this company again.

He was responsive, called me back quickly and then showed up when he said. The job went well except that in process I found out my sewer line has collapsed or is broken. Will definitely use Chad for this repair as well.

Chad was on time which is always a good start. He quickly and efficiently installed a new faucet and water filter. While replacing the faucet he recognized that the P trap was rusted and leaking. He replaced that part and only charged me for the part. Chad was a true professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a skilled and honest plumber, and who doesn't?

I have used Chad before and he is always very professional and does great work at a fair price.  Chad installed a natural gas outlet for a new stove.

We've used Chad/Water Boy's Plumbing for a variety of jobs at our old and our newer house. I think his work is solid. He's honest, efficient, punctual, reasonably price, and good communicator (e.g.,if he is caught up finishing a previous appointment he calls, and he explains the work he's done). He's the sort of tradesman you want - someone whom you can form a relationship with and will get to know your plumbing.

This is about the fifth time we're called upon Chad to help with plumbing problems and our experience this time, like all the previous ones, could not have been better. He came first to our house to look over the items that needed attention and found that the toilet didn't actually need the work we thought it did; it just needed a simple repair which he did on the spot. The other two problems required parts and some investigation to determine the specific fixtures. Chad discussed various options for the kitchen faucet, clearly explaining the pros and cons of various choices. At my request, he made a recommendation which, while not the cheapest, was clearly the most reliable and most easily repaired should repairs be needed in the future. He picked up the faucet  for us and called when he had a chance to work us into his schedule. We arranged a time to meet, he showed up on time, and did a superb job. His knowledge, expertise, and competence are exceptional. He is, therefore, very busy. People who want to hire him for work need to understand this and be flexible. He has always been great about working with us to find times when he could come by that were convenient for us to be here.
