Owner is an ***. Even fired his own son who was best worker, because he wanted to go to school one night a week. Unfortunately, this company is the only one who services Cover All automatic pool covers. I would never put an automatic pool cover on a pool...breaks down frequently. Price to repair or replace is astronomical....need new cover every 5 years and pump broke with 4 years! In addition, office workers are extremely rude. Don't use these guys....better pool companies easily found.

They worked quickly and did a fantastic job! This is the third pool cleaning and repair company I called. The first two basically told me they didn't know what was wrong and that they were unable to get the water clear. The problem was diagnosed in about 10 minutes and the water was crystal clear after only 1 week.

I had been trying to get my pool re-done for almost a year only one company had come out to give me an estimate ( outrageous quote) and no other company would return my calls. I finally found pool doctors and got on their schedule to have them come give me an estimate. Dustin showed up when they said he would answered my many many questions and had a very reasonable quote to me the same day. They let me know where I was on the list and gave me proper notice of when they would start. When they showed up they were professional, friendly and continued to answer all my questions and were great about all my mind changing and adding more to the project. They finished today and I am more than thrilled with my newly made over pool! It is beautiful!!! Will definitely be using them again!!

With regard to price, it was a pretty good sum, because it all had to be redone. This is an area that is brand new in a building, so it got stuck from the building next door that was being done. We had to have it acid washed. They did a nice job on that, so were pleased with their work. We didn't really have much that was negative. They just were not in our area. With regard to price, it was a little more costly than usual. Their quality was very good. They were good at returning our calls and coming out. It was a $65 cost just to come to our house; it was a little drawback. They were very professional.

Very happy.  I normally like to ask for Dustin, but one of his employees (John) performed the work.  There was a short wait time to get someone out and they had all the parts when they showed up the first time.  John gave me some options and made a recommendation which I followed and I was very happy with.  Pool is running perfectly.

In three or four phases they did the work in a very professional manner and worked closely with us to make sure we knew what was expected.  They started by replacing the old pool equipment (pumps filters & valves).  Then they replaced a broken skimmer line and the skimmer.  Replaced the hot tub equipment (heater & air blower). Then they replastered the entire pool.  The final phase was to install two new color changing LED lights in the pool.  John did a great job and worked hard to make sure we were pleased with the work.  Dustin responded promptly to my endless "phase" requests and took care of any issues or concerns that came up during the renovation process.  Maggi made sure that we knew up front what everything was going to cost.  Our experience with the Pool Doctor of Oklahoma City has been very positive and for the first time in years we have a great looking pool & hot tub (with everything working properly).

Our heater had been pouring water out and we decided to replace it. (The propane line to the heater had to be plumbed in, in order for the unit to function.) A couple days later my husband called them back to report that he smelled gas/propane. Unfortunately there was a leak on the other side of the valve from where the line had to be replaced. The were prompt in responding and we were very pleased with the service.

When i came home the pool cover had been ripped and was not installed correctly. I have tried to get them for three months to come fix or just install the correct way. i still have not received a call back even though i have left multiple messages.

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever used to maintenance our pool. From the start when Delmar first came out to do the initial cleaning things seemed like they would go smoothly but it all went down hill after that. For weeks they would change the days they cleaned. Some weeks I would have to call and remind them to please have someone come out. I would always get excuses as to why they hadn't made it out. Then the last 3 weeks with a new person they sent over who's name Jose the pool was barely cleaned. He would simply take the surface leaves out and refill the chlorine tablets then leave. I told him it was unacceptable the second time he came back and that the pool needs to be vacuumed and brushed but he still didn't do it. The last time he was here last Friday he basically did nothing at all. I called the main office and let them know this was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I heard nothing back and no one came back out so I called again on Tuesday. I finally get a call back yesterday from Delmar saying basically he doesn't care and its not worth his time. He refused to make it right and said I should just go use someone else. That was obvious I would be using someone else but to treat your customers like that is terrible. Whatever you do don't waste your money with the Pool Doctor you will only end up paying them to clean it yourself.

Completed in a timely manner and I am quite happy with their work and would recommend them to all.

Helped with our spa drainage problem.  Showed up on time.  Didn't overcharge.

The pool doctor did an excellent job of repairing our pool.  Initially there was a mix up and they didn't get back with us quickly.  Once they realized their mistake they were very apologetic.

He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, disconnected the pump and noticed the issue with the breaker. He was back in a matter of hours with the pump rebuilt...in time to have it all reconnected before sundown, when the temp was again going to fall below freezing! Prompt, professional, polite. It is good to have someone we can count on to work on our pool!

I've tried other services and Pool Dr is the one who offers the best overall service on my pool.  In addition, they are the only company I've found that can service/repair my automatic cover.

I called Pool Doctors based on Angie's list recommendations to close my pool. The tech showed up on the day we had scheduled and began work. He discovered the company who had closed the pool two years ago had not properly cleaned the tie downs and he had problems getting them open. Instead of just putting new ones in and charging me extra, he came back the next day with a different tool he thought would work and it did. His initiative and good service saved me time and money. I have already booked my pool reopen with this company for next year! Would highly recommend them.

The pool was closed incorrectly by someone else last year and was in pretty bad shape. The Pool Doctor worked diligently to get the pool clean.

I cannot say enough good things about The Pool Doctor in Oklahoma City. Our Condo complex had a thirty year old swimming pool that was showing it's age and had been "fixed" in several ways over the years, but those fixes were past their time. The decking had heaved and cracked and was slick with wear. The pool did not flow well at all, piping had many leaks underground, and only three of the seven jets flowed at all. Dustin analyzed our problems and gave us a detailed bid. The condo board approved the proposal and work started promptly - and progressed in an orderly manner to completion. This was a major project for us to tackle but Dustin's knowledge, clear communication and his control over each crew and person involved made it a successful and well done project.  He worked with our electrician (Drake Services) and fence contractor (RJ Fence) to coordinate their work in sync with the main pool work.  Now our pool water flow is great - we only have to run the pump during daylight hours instead of round the clock, chemical and electrical usage is way down from previous years.  The water looks and tests better and the whole pool area looks better than ever.I attribute our good experience with The Pool Doctor to the owner's honesty, knowledge, attention to details, and integrity.  The company has an excellent reputation that is well deserved.

They were fabulous.

We've been using them for four years. They are easy to get hold of and they are punctual. They know what they are doing and they do a really good job. We will continue to use them.
