"Wow! What a job Roberto and his crew did for us. The pavers project was the initial project but that morphed into sod, tree trimming and ground leveling and laying both Bermuda and fescue. Roberto and his team were very conscientious and helpful in their installation. I have more projects planned and you can be sure that Roberto Alvarez will be our first call! Most permeable pavers feature a gravel-only aggregate base instead of a concrete base to allow water to flow through instead of getting trapped. While beneficial in some cases, permeable pavers come with higher initial costs and greater load-bearing limitations compared to traditional pavers.
