"Eric and Smalltown Property Revival are a true blessing. I had multiple projects going, including ac window install, replacing smoke alarms, hauling, furniture moving, linoleum tile removal, chain-link fence replacement, plus rebuilding a deck and lattice work. They then installed French doors that were on back-order and proceeded to construct a cute pallet fence for me out of pallets that were taking up space and collecting debris in my basement! "I hired this company to help me with some trees that I did not know what to do with. The trees were taking over my backyard. Lawrence came out and helped me make a plan, and gave me a reasonable estimate. His team came out and did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and even checked with me before leaving. "service was great and so was the price. contractor who did the work was very pleasant and professional. the only thing is he accidently cut down my baby lilac bush. it was just in the twig stage with about 20 leaves on it so it might have looked like a weed. otherwise, this contractor was fast and clean. would love to have him back. :)"
