"Paid them 600 bucks to rid my attic of whatever critter was up there. They put up some one-ways, fumigated the attic, put up a couple screens. Did not solve my problem. There was no clear mention of any cancellation fee or requirement to stay for a set term. Later I was told there was a large discount applied that would become a balance if I cancelled. ? My home inspection friend couldn't believe the cost, she expected it to be a lot more based on others she has used. My only issue was I had a lot of spray splattered on porch and house that I had to power wash off. That may be normal, I guess, just didn't know what to expect. I spray yards, foliage, and homes for pests. How much you want sprayed determines the cost. I use a backpack blower to spread bifinthrin and suspend polyzone for $20 a gallon and that covers approximately 1/4 acre + travel. Results last up to 3 weeks depending on rainfall/ watering. I also use larvicide.
