"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

In business since 1985, a team of over 60 team members here to serve your heating and air conditioning and plumbing needs. National ACCA Contractor of the year, Best of Oklahoma, Broken Arrow, and Tulsa award winning certified professionals. Our goal is to "WOW" the customer through their service experience.

"Came to fulfill a service order for air conditioning unit thru home warranty company, the technician that arrived said the compositor needed to be replaced so I assume he replaced it but never came into the home to check temperature or air blowing in when the technician was asked if he had checked Freon his reply was no it should be good then he left no change in inside temperature in 20/30 minutes so I called in they said it would take a couple of hours for new part to start cooling the house back down due to the outside temperature so I patiently waited a couple of hours before calling back and was told they would send someone back out by midnight, as midnight approached I gave a call back and was told that all after hour slots was full and and was given a service time of 10-12 Saturday morning only to be told the warranty company needs to open a new ticket before a technician can be sent out, finally got ticket reopened that should have never been closed due to incomplete service now I’m being told that air assurance don’t have home service warranty technicians on the weekends and I’m being told the next available time would be Tuesday due to the holiday. You should train your customer service agents to never state that to anyone else because this is what the average person with common sense hear is (the contract that we have with Home Serv does not cover weekend or after hour service calls) I would not recommend this company to anyone."

Grill Repair questions, answered by experts

To maintain metal roof health, schedule regular inspections, clear debris from gutters, and check for signs of corrosion.

A metal roof should hang over between 1 and 3 inches over the bottom edge of each roof slope. This helps keep dripping water away from your roof decking and fascia boards to reduce the risk of water damage. It also reduces the risk of longer overhangs bending under the weight of snow and ice.

How long it takes to repair a roof depends on damage, but in general you can expect roof repair to take a few hours to a few days. For example, replacing damaged shingles can take between one and four hours. Structural repairs, like fixing a sagging roof, can take up to four days.

While there are many benefits to installing a metal roof on your home, there are some downsides, too. Zinc roofs, in particular, are susceptible to corrosion from overly salty air directly near coastal areas. Another potential downside of zinc roofing is that it must be allowed to expand and contract with the weather. This means special attention is necessary to how it's fastened to the home to avoid issues.

Steel roofs are noisier than slate or asphalt tiles but less noisy than aluminum and other types of metal roofing. While some find the sound pleasant, others may want a quieter roof. To reduce noise in your living area, you can install thicker underlayment or add insulation or even acoustic tiles between the roof and the house.
