"We sincerely apologize for this circumstance. We would like to explain some of the discounts and talk with you about making it completely right including possibly sending our manager to discuss with you personally if needed. A shower replacement enclosure is typically over $2k and the guys were there onsite according to GPS for over 14 hours total. We will contact you to try and do everything possible to make it right. The plumber that made the mistake in scheduling and craftsmanship is no longer with us, and we apologize for his actions and it won't happen again."
