"As the Owner of Elite Service, I get very concerned when I see a negative review about us. I have gone through our records and am at a loss as to why you gave us the negative review. Our last service to your home was a year ago. You called us out on a Saturday. Our on call Technician showed up shortly after the call he was on was complete. Our Tech found a leak in your condenser coil that was in a non repairable location. He informed you of the issue and gave you options on the repair. You chose to replace the condenser. The distributor where we bought the condenser is closed on weekends and we had to wait till Monday morning to get the new condenser. We installed the new condenser on Monday and had you cooling again that day. It seems we were prompt to your home, we provided a diagnosis service at our normal hours rate not weekend or over time. We had you’re a/c system back up and operating as quickly as possible for an issue on a weekend. I hope you will reconsider this review and let me know how we failed to meet your expectations."

a tech so he was only there to do the bare minimum. We wanted them to
check out our ducts and tell us the shape/cost of replacing them. He
told us he'd tell a sales person or someone who could come out and give
us more information but no one ever followed up. It was OK service -
not too much to complain or praise. But I would use them again. The
man who came out was very nice, polite and helpful for as much as he
could.

could not provide the type wall plugs I wanted. finally had to purchase them myself and furnish to his installers. then had to get him to reduce the bill for the wall plugs he did not furnish.
If you want ordinary run of the mill stuff you can by at Home Depot, this company can do that. But if you have specific request and needs, it's a slow go.
