They added the wall receptacle and the new breaker in a very timely and efficient fashion. He took the time to inform me about our breaker box and an additional 220 outlet that was already installed. The service was completed within 4 hours of our initial call to their business.

There was an electrical problem with our mobile home - half the home had
electricity and the other half did not. Called Rick Tallent Electric
on a Friday afternoon. Rick stopped by our place and determined that
the problem was with PSO. He advised me to contact PSO right away. PSO
came out that day and gave us a temporary line just to let us have
electricity over the weekend. The service call bill was sent to the mobile home park. We would highly recommend using Rick Tallent Electric again.

Called them because the ac unit was no longer working. It turned out to be a burned breaker that had damaged the entire box. They came on the same day, identified the problem promptly and showed me the issues, then gave me my alternatives clearly. I elected to replace the entire breaker box. They were polite, prompt and did a great job. They showed me everything that had been done before they left. I would definitely use them again.

THEY WERE EVERYTHING THAT WE COULD HAVE ASKED FOR IN A SERVICE COMPANY. THE OWNER AS WELL AS THE WORKERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD WITHOUT ANY MISTAKES. THEY ARE THE BEST.
