"Overall, the experience was positive. The techs quickly and efficiently located and resolved my issue (the pool pump timer was bad, and the voltage output was non existent to the pump). I asked, however, for a price prior to performing the work and was not given one. I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing.
