[NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS LABOR RATES] Monday thru Friday 8am to 7pm 1st MAN (Licensed plumber) $165.00 for the first hour $120.00 for each additional hour 2nd MAN (if needed) $60.00 per hour A MINIMUM OF ONE HOUR LABOR CHARGE FOR ALL NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS SERVICE CALLS. LABOR CHARGES START WHEN THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVES. AFTER THE FIRST HOUR MINIMUM LABOR CHARGES ARE CALCULATED BY THE HALF HOUR.. He came out, fixed the leaking faucet in a very timely manner, and discussed fixing another plumbing problem for another days work. He gave us a great price as well as a great price on the future work.
There are times when Ray is extremely busy and a small amount of wait time should be understandable with any job (if you do have to wait)

"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I am very sorry that we didn't meet your expectations regarding repairs to your water well pump, you may recall at the time we first spoke about the problem I mention to you that we were extremely busy at the time and if you didn't mind waiting for us We would take care of it as soon as possible. I think we also spoke about a previous problem that you had and you called a different Company out to your house and they told you that it would cost you $1,500.00 to fix the problem and you called us for a second opinion and we fix the problem for $119.00. You said you didn't mind waiting because you trusted us and you didn't want to call another company because of what happend with the previous problem. Again, very sorry for not meeting your expectations, we would love the opportunity to regain your trust in us for any future problems you may have. Thank you !"

Ray was having an extremely busy day and got there in the evening. He did promise that he would get to us that day and he did, and he apologized for the lateness. He came out and replaced a thermal coupler which was about $125. He thought that would take care of our problem. It lasted for a bit and then went out by the next morning. I called Ray and we discussed our problem and he said we could try putting in a new thermostat dial or we could go with a new water heater. Our water heater was about 12 years old and he said they usually last any where from 12-15 years. We discussed our options and elected to go with the new water heater. He told us that he would pull off the thermal coupler and there would be no charges for that initial visit and repair. It was the holiday season and we were able to light the heater in the morning for showers and then it would go back off again. We told him that we could wait until the first of the year to install the new water heater. He came out and installed the new water heater and he knew that the code in Norman now requires us to have a release valve installed and so he took care of that too. We were extremely pleased with Ray and his business and will definitely be using him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
I will be using Advanced Plumbing in the future.
Ray was professional and prompt and completed the job in a timely manner. We would definitely use this company again.
