I told him the repairs were so minor that we could wait until Thursday. He said Thursday afternoon would be fine and they would be at my house around 3pm. It took them approximately an half-an-hour to complete the project and, so far, it is working as expected.On the positive side, both the plumber and his assistant again were very efficient and friendly.Also, they only charged me for half a service call, which I imagine is unheard of in the plumbing business, and he was even polite enough to ask if the $45 was acceptable to me! Kudos on the customer service."
