"After leaving a previous review, they sent a GC out to help us understand what we were looking at AND fix a couple of concerns. I did not expect them to care, much less call us to say they were sending someone out. The GC not only fixed the issues, but provided us with some knowledge and consulted with us about our ENTIRE house. After this visit we are COMPLETELY SATISFIED! When we’re ready for the next part to be done we WILL be calling them. I really want to retract my previous review! I can CONFIDENTLY say that I am at ease now!"

"Wasn’t going to leave a review but figured I should warn any women who think about calling here. I was quoted $3200 for a reroute of a cold water line. They sent Justin, obviously the worst plumber on their team, to come find the leak, couldn’t do so, then told me he would need to pressure test the hot water line to figure it out. But, in doing so, my hot water line could explode and I’d have to replace both. Imagine your plumber telling you that they’d cause your hot water line to explode but you’re responsible for paying them to repair it!! A real helpless feeling. With the help of another plumber, he found the leak. He also did a bunch of other work no one asked him to do and charged me $3000 to replace one singular line in my house. Idk how that math works when the whole cold water line was quoted at $3200. He left my house a mess, knocked a hole in my dining room, and messed up the reroute to not even provide cold water to my washing machine. Only giving this company two stars cause Cliff came to my house to apologize, bring a different plumber out to fix the first guys work, and covered the repairs to the drywall. Still the worst plumbing experience of my life that lasted 4 days and feel scammed."

"I bought my house in May. There were 2 plumbing issues listed on the TRR. The seller chose to use Mullin plumbing (I think it was a friend helping a friend kind of thing). The first issue was that the water heater needed to be raised off the floor in the garage. The other issue was that the shower in the master bathroom was dripping. On the final walk through the water was shut off so we were unable to check to see if these things were actually fixed. However we could see that the water heater had been raised so we went with it in good faith. I had the utilities turned on the day of closing. The second I opened the garage door I could tell something was wrong! The water heater was leaking. I went to the master bathroom and sure enough the shower was dripping heavily. We arranged for the seller's plumber to come out the next day to make this right. I do not know his name unfortunately. He did fix the water heater and it has been good ever since. However he argued with me about the shower. He was disrespectful and degrading. He kept asking what I wanted him to do. I explained that the TRR said repair or replace so if his repair did not work the first time then I wanted him to replace it. He replaced the knob! I'm not even making this up. Then he strong armed it enough that it was not leaking, so like a dummy I signed that the repairs were done. Guess what! The next morning after my shower I could not get the drip to stop! I lived with the drip...and the wobbly knob he replaced for a few months. Finally over the weekend I watched some YouTube videos and talked to a guy at Ace. The drip and the wobbly knob are fixed for under $30 including the tool I had to buy. HE PUT THE SEATS AND SPRINGS IN BACKWARDS!!!! He had a horrible attitude and was a total sexist who thought he could Mickey Mouse the repairs and get away with it. I guess he did but I sincerely hope Mullin contacts me so we can figure out who this guy was. I will never use Mullin Plumbing and I make sure to tell everyone I know not to use them."
