"All went really well. We have used them 3-4 times so far and will continue to use their services as long as we have carpet. We have 4 large long-hair dogs that shed and they cleaned the carpet, then did it again because they didn't feel like they had gotten all the dog hair out without anyone having to ask them to do that. That's huge for me. I appreciate when people go the extra mile because they are good honest people and not because someone asked them to. Once they left my carpet looked great, no spots left, my house smelled great and the carpet was dry within a couple of hours.

"The cost was part of the insurance settlement on the move. Their responsiveness took a while. They repaired the couch that you would not know that there was any damage at all. There was only one worker and it was the owner. He was good. He was fine."
