The only thing that I think they could improve on would be how responsive they were after the job was finished. I had a couple of runs on two doors. Not the worse thing in the world except one was in my kitchen and its very visable from everywhere, because I have an open floor plan. I called twice and left messages and never was contacted. They were uber responsive before and during the project but then not responsive after. That was a little disappointing to an otherwise positive experience. Still recommend them tho.
