We had a misunderstanding at first and it was all on me. I messaged him he called me right away and he was like I’m in my way. He looked over my system told me what the problem was and then how much. Super friendly and very knowledgeable, He mentioned that my system is old 2006 and could need replacing. I mentioned I might be selling the house, he mentioned then don’t do it, a new system doesn’t really add to the value. He could have been like oh yeah it will. Not many companies or techs out that are honest unfortunately. I will continue to use them.

Our heater failed to work on Christmas Eve on one of the coldest day of the cold system affecting almost the whole country been Christmas Eve most cooling and heating services were closed except for Mountain view heating and cooling within 45 minutes they were on the job. Cortez was amazing! Set up an estimate time and was punctual. Great communication. Gave us a very fair bid and said he could do it the very next day. Showed up early the next day and stayed till the job was done. Removed old furnace and condenser, replaced with shiny new ones and hauled off the mess. We were in bad shape with a couple window units on these 100+ degree days. Now the kids are covered up complaining that theyâ re cold. A+++ We couldnâ t be more pleased.

We were looking for a trustworthy company to do annual check ups on our HVAC systems. Itâ s been our experience doing this really helps in the long run in preventing some major damage. Mountain View replied promptly to our request to set up our appointment. Cortez communicates even prior to arrival. He took excellent care with our property (even took his shoes off to walk through our house) and throughly checked our two units. He did not try to upsell us and laid out all the information we needed to understand. He even ran out to get our filters since we had ran out. We signed up for the annual service plan and look forward to seeing him out again in fall to check on our heat.

I called Mountain View Heating and Cooling one very hot weekend when I came home and realized my AC unit was no longer working. They showed up within 30 minutes of me calling them which impressed me considering it was a Sunday evening. They were able to diagnose and fix my AC in no time. I was very appreciative considering it saved me from having to stay the night in a hotel. Will definitely be using and recommending them in the future.

We had our heater start making terrible sounds in the middle of the night and I called first thing in the morning to see if Cortez could take a look. He showed up and within a short time he returned with the parts needed to repair it. The blower unit actually runs more quiet now than it has since we have owned the home. Thumbs up.

Excellent customer service. Cortez and Dakota were polite and nice to work with. Definitely knows his business. We called for an estimate on a new system and he came out that same day. Within a week we had the new one put in. It was not an emergency for us. Everything looks great and we're very happy with the whole process. Will continue to use this company.
