"Found out I needed to replace 5 ton heat pump on the 16th. I priced 13 other company's within 50 miles of my business. The price for the pump and installation was $1,OOO.OO CHEAPER PLUS the service was 1 day. They had it in stock, didn't have to order it, and I got a 5yr warranty plus 1yr labor. "We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded.
