The Service technician was very polite and very thorough and checked everything possible that could have been the problem.. outside the unit was full of leaves, trash, which he explained how needing to clean out would make the air cooler and bring down my bill, he checked inside and the unit needed new filter the one in it was completely full...he even cleaned all around it..he was very explanatory on things when he checked out the unit...I was very pleased and satisfied with the work"

"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
