Rico and Reyes showed up EARLY, upbeat, and ready to tackle the challenge—even with super heavy furniture that usually requires a 4-person crew. Somehow, the two of them handled everything like pros without a single scratch or ding—on the furniture or either home. What really stood out was how personable, kind, and thoughtful they were. They moved quickly and efficiently, knowing I was paying by the hour, but never once sacrificed care or quality. They were kind to my mom (who was helping me out), and so sweet to my two dogs too. "DO NOT USE TGIS COMPANY!! They ruined my 1904 Baldwin grand piano. He sent 2 guys he hired from who knows where in an old beat up truck. I had no idea until it was already loaded and in its way to my house. I then Was VERY upset of course. Then the guy started cussing at us with my kids there, and literally threw the piano out on its side. And took off with some if the piano parts. We called multiple time and one of them finally brought the parts back. The entire piano was scratched all over and a huge gouge out of the side. The owner assured me he had insurance but then stopped text back and change his number!! I beg You please do not even consider using this company. And then to represent himself as a ?man of faith? it?s was just heartbreaking. "

"The 2 people who actually showed up were professional, although they arrived very late, which I attribute to three poor management. I was quoted 3 guys for 8 hours, and only 2 showed up. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."

"I only gave one star because I had too. Company took us for 1400 and ghosted us. This company is a scam. Be aware this is a broker company not mover company. You never know who is going to show up in a hual truck. They charged us a fee and when the movers showed up they said the deposit was a broker fee and we had to pay the whole price. When I disagreed no one from the company returned phone calls. The lady who showed up was rude from the very beginning, saying is this on the list, is this on the list. Then they loaded the the truck, not high and tight. They kept moving the designated area saying I had less and less area. Then when all said and done tried to charge an addition $3200 on top of my $900 deposit. The move was only 2200 to begin with. For 580 cb feet. I took things off to say under the amount I was supposed to. They unloaded because I refused to pay. Per our contract we had to give the company another chance. Paid more of a deposit. They said someone would be out the next day. Said they were working in it for a day then company ghosted us. Never to be heard from again. Two phone numbers were disconnected and two did not answer. Not answering several phone calls, emails or texts. What kind of a company is this. Took us for almost 1400 dollars"
