During your move, it was discoverd you had contracted a male and his girlfriend to pack your house and also move several items for you independantlyof our services . Our company policy is clear that we are not responsible for items outside of our care and custody. "(member name), thank you for submitting a review. At Two Men and a Truck in Tulsa we strive for customer service excellence and always appreciate feedback from our customers. I was able to look over the information from the move and I’m sorry you felt your move experience with us was unsatisfactory. We provide estimates based off our customer’s inventory and what they would like us to move. It seems there were additional items added to the inventory the day of the move. This would be a main contributor as to why the move did go over the original estimate. Our records indicate you called our office the morning of the 4th and expressed some concerns. At your request we dispatched a third man for the unload at no additional charge to you. I was also able to review the information regarding the damage. The damage report that was submitted only indicated one item was damaged. We have already scheduled a date for our vendor to come repair that item for you. If you have more damages I have no problem adding them to your damage report; however, I will need more information pertaining to those additional items.
