I only gave one star because I had too. Company took us for 1400 and ghosted us. This company is a scam. Be aware this is a broker company not mover company. You never know who is going to show up in a hual truck. They charged us a fee and when the movers showed up they said the deposit was a broker fee and we had to pay the whole price. When I disagreed no one from the company returned phone calls. The lady who showed up was rude from the very beginning, saying is this on the list, is this on the list. Then they loaded the the truck, not high and tight. They kept moving the designated area saying I had less and less area. Then when all said and done tried to charge an addition $3200 on top of my $900 deposit. The move was only 2200 to begin with. For 580 cb feet. I took things off to say under the amount I was supposed to. They unloaded because I refused to pay. Per our contract we had to give the company another chance. Paid more of a deposit. They said someone would be out the next day. Said they were working in it for a day then company ghosted us. Never to be heard from again. Two phone numbers were disconnected and two did not answer. Not answering several phone calls, emails or texts. What kind of a company is this. Took us for almost 1400 dollars

I was totally dissatisfied with the owners lack of professionalism and character. Two of his workers came to pack our 26ft uhaul for 3 hours ( we scheduled weeks in advance) We needed them longer than 3 hours but that's all he claimed they were available for. Evidently he overbooked because he continuously called them (at least 3-5times) while they were packing our stuff and told them they needed to be somewhere else soon. The workers gave us an extra 30 minutes despite being rushed by the owner. On the Monday they were supposed to unload our uhaul (which we paid the deposit for in advance) they NEVER showed up!!!!! They gave us a 4pm -6pm time slot. We called around 5:30 - 5:50 and were told " they're on another job and will get to you as soon as they can. " When 6pm rolled around they still weren't there. We were informed they were on another job and were asked to stay late because the customer brought another unexpected truck for them to unload and they couldn't just leave him (although they KNEW they had another client to service) Also, remember the day they loaded our uhaul he didn't have a problem calling them to rush them off the job with us to go to another job. We asked him to call and see what time they'd be done and his tone on the phone was totally unprofessional. He never returned our call and NOBODY ever showed up. So, we had to call and inconvenience friends and family to help unload a 26ft uhaul at night. Also, we were NEVER refunded our deposit!!!!! The workers were nice but the owners attitude WAS extremely disrespectful. I wouldn't use them again if they were the last moving company in town. Use at your own risk!!!
