Mike was able to pinpoint the problem area in the 2nd floor bathtub. When shower head would spray around the faucet faceplate water would seep through and drip onto the 1st floor ceiling. Mike caulked around faceplate and replaced faucet washers to stop drip.

They were a bit pricey, but everything turned out well. The installers arrived on time, did a good job without leaving a mess, and acted courteously while at the house. They were also very responsive when some caulking issues arose, and they rectified the issues by getting completely new caulk.
