Michael was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. We are so glad to have found him!

This company did respond to my request for invitation to bid in a reasonable time with a holiday thrown in mid-week. I have not selected an entity to perform the work at this point so I can only comment on their communication and responsiveness.

Did a great job.

Told him what I needed done, said he'd call back the next week to do the job, but never heard from him again.

He is meticulous in his work, and carries the right equipment and tools to do his work. Work done is always to my satisfaction.

I have used him several times. He always came on time. He did small repairs in the house did a very good job. He was very pleasant and professional. I will not call anyone else.

Each project was done with quality work. He was here when he said he would be here. I have had other people do work because I knew Michael was busy, and the quality of work was terrible. Once again, I will have to call Michael to fix another person's terrible work!  He is very detailed and cleans up after each day's work.

Couldn't contact

I worked with Michael. He did some repair on my storage building for a scepter. The wood was hanging down so he repaired it with the new wood. He did a great job and I have used him before for other things. He told me my roof has some spaces because it is 25 years old and is in bad shape. The insurance company sent out somebody and he could picture it and it did look bad.

Due to the lack of responsiveness and time wasted, go with someone else.

Everything went fine and he was professional and got to my house earlier than he tho ught he would.  My door locks peighrfectly and the price was great.  I highly recommend him and will use him again

I wanted a company that could do a lot of different things.  Helping Hand was the perfect choice.  I had wood flooring put in my bedroom and a tile backsplash in my kitchen.  I had a hole in my kitchen ceiling patched and the front of my house painted.  He worked around my schedule, always called and showed up when he said he would and did fabulous work.  I am A++ happy with my experience with Helping Hand.
