"I usually use a different company for regular A/C tuneups in the spring as well as furnace tuneups in the fall. Last Friday, that company performed a tuneup on my system and charged me for 2 lbs. of R-22, a capacitor and a hard start kit. I called them again and they sent the same technicians back out only to be told that my compressor was shot shortly afterwards. It didn't take Tony and Pat anytime at all to figure out that the inept technicians the other company sent had overcharged my unit which was causing the compressor to shut down when the pressure and amps reached too high of a level. Also, I already had a hard start kit, yet the other company decided to add another one. After Tony reclaimed the 2 lbs. of refrigerant, my unit started cooling perfectly as it had done before the tuneup. Needless to say, All Comfort Specialists just gained a new customer for the foreseeable future."
