I am the sole employee, who occasionally uses subcontractors, with member’s approval. I am a jack of all trades and can perform most jobs around the house. Some of my handyman services include but are not limited to: flooring repairs and installs, interior and exterior painting, fencing, tree services, carpentry work, lawn and yard work, ceiling fan and fixture installations, appliance repairs, TV wall mounts, ceramic tile, and roof repairs. I am not a licensed contractor, but I can repair and/or replace existing electrical and plumbing needs. I kept thinking I could manage it but when I sustained an injury to my arm I had to admit I needed help. I tried to hire someone else but the timing never worked out. He came and looked at the job, walked around and saw what I wanted done and when he returned he was prepared and handled everything I asked for at a really reasonable price. I will be calling him back for more work after the holidays."
