"A raccoon decided to peel back a hole in the roof and move on in in the middle of the night and kept us up scratching and moving about. We called several people and one of ths guys recommended we give TJ a call. I chose TJ because he said he could come out that evening and assess the situation and set up traps and that's just what he did (most said they were a couple days out)..plus he seemed knowledgeable and his pricing reasonable. Although we didn't catch the pest, he seemed to eventually be scared off by all the ruckus! We had our roofer come out to patch up the hole and TJ said to give him a call if we had any more problems and I would not hesitate. I100% recommend you give him a call if you have wild animals trying to take over your living space. I just gave him a B just because one evening he said he would come but couldn't make it."

In most cases, you will need a building permit to put up a vinyl fence, especially if the fence is sitting on or close to your property line. Most adult chickens can't fit through the large openings in a hog wire fence. However, young chicks or small breeds of chickens could potentially squeeze through a hog wire fence. To prevent this, consider adding extra reinforcements such as chicken wire fencing, mesh, or hardware cloth.

Metal fences, including galvanized chain link and aluminum, have the longest lifespans. Chain link and aluminum fences can look great for many decades. In contrast, a vinyl fence has a life span of about 20 to 30 years, while the average wood fence can survive for about 15 years.

There are different types of pet fencing available to keep your furry family member safe:

  • Chain link fencing is an affordable but not visually appealing option.

  • Vinyl panel fencing is less easily damaged than wood. 

  • Wood fencing is customizable but requires regular maintenance.
