Our initial contact with AE inspected and carefully measured the opening. The quote was delivered in a timely manner, and upon our approval, a rep came personally to clarify the contract, answer questions, and receive our 50% down payment. We were pleasantly surprised when the actual delivery and installation of the window was almost two weeks earlier than projected. The installers were prompt, efficient, and courteous. Their demonstration of the features of the new window was helpful and clear. We have no complaints, and overall we are pleased with the process.

Great experience EXCEPT we never actually got correct keys for 2 of our doors. They were not main doors so we work around it but still would have been great to have correct keys.

Well contract was to replace window and do some cosmetic on the interior window returns and paint. The installer was surprised to find out there was other work to be done? He called the office and was told that was right and they would have to get someone out to do the other work! and they did and Roberto did a great job on the returns and paint and I informed Wayne (who had not been very cordial on the phone with my wife previously) when he came by to pick up the check. All in all, we are very please with the work that Cody(the installer) and Roberto(the finisher) did for us. the finished product looks great! Thanks Dane and Dustin
