"I would never ever hire this company again. This company will make your life miserable and cause you a lot of unnecessary stress. If you hire this company, please make sure you can go to top of the roof and inspect their work once it is done. Initially, they send couple great employees to inspect the chimney and give an estimate which makes one think that he or she is hiring a great company. However, the work they do can be better by ten years old. This company provides bad quality of work and poor workmanship and they make a lot of excuses and false statements. Again, please make sure you can inspect their work if you hire this company. I would not give them a single penny until they finish the work and it is inspected by the home owner. I found many mistakes and damages to my existing shingles. Be very careful."

I moved all the stuff in the garage and removed part of the wood flooring in the sun room. The work was done in one day but because of the extreme cold they had to come back the next day to finish buffing out the concrete filler. Very professional and hard working. My parents have used Bill since he started his company back in the 70's. My In-laws also have termites and Bill will be coming out to do their house. Will use him for any other pest problems."

The easiest way to determine whether you have rats or mice is to see the rodent. Mice are much smaller than any species of rats. It’s similar to comparing your thumb to your entire palm. It’s also crucial to check vehicles and belongings for the insects before traveling to avoid spreading them to new areas. Gel bait and gel bait traps use poison to kill cockroaches, and aren’t safe to use around pets. Many gel bait traps are called “child-resistant,” but this only means that the traps are hard to rip open for children. Large pets and children are still able to swallow them. If you use gel bait, use it in areas where pets and children can’t access them, such as under a washing machine. Another option is to use glue traps, which don’t contain pesticides and are safe to use around pets. 

Any tree that emits a sap or resin can attract yellow jackets. They are particularly attracted to the tree of heaven (Ailanthus altissima), which emits a sweet sap that both yellow jackets and spotted lanternflies love.
