"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. "I gave a 3 star rating after careful consideration. There is siding and guttering on my house, so there was some work done on my home. Please note that 3 out of 5 is equal to 60%, which is just shy of a failing grade. I spent $38,500 for the work done on my home. I wanted so badly to have a good experience and be happy with the quality of work. Unfortunately, that was not at all what I received. I made a $5,000 down payment in November 2019. Work was to begin at the end of January 2020. Owner, Lewis Gonzalez, kept putting me off and the work did not actually begin until June 2020. I am a pharmacist and was dealing with the early phase of the COVID pandemic, so I was somewhat distracted during this time. I definitely wish I would have ended the business relationship during the 5 month delay, but hindsight is always 20/20. Lewis had two young men that he called "the Russian guys" working on my project. Much of their work was questionable at best. These gentlemen ripped the dryer ventilation duct apart while removing the exterior vent, covered up rotted wood that I had specifically pointed out to be removed and replaced, screwed siding trim into styrofoam backing, etc. I could go on, but I have pictures of the work that will better detail the situations. Then, during the second week of work, Lewis informed that "the Russian guys" were going on vacation and would not be finishing the work on my home. Lewis and some of his other workers finished the job. I had two garages doors that were to be removed so that an exterior wall could be built to enclose the garage. A double door was also to be installed as part of the wall. Daylight can be seen from inside the garage where there is an open gap. Standing outside the garage, you can see areas of unprotected plywood, used to construct the wall, behind the siding. I recently learned that the plywood is not nailed into the 2x4 framing, so the exterior wall is actually bowed out. Inside the garage, the 2x4 framing does not meet in the corners where it was erected. The guttering has been another catastrophe. Work was "completed" the week after 4th of July weekend in 2020. The following week I saw where the gutter opening dumped water on a junction between the shingles and fascia of another part of the roof. I sent Lewis a video on 7/13/2020 of the situation. He told me multiple times in the intervening months that it would be corrected. It is still not corrected. It is a strange coincidence that the roof failed at this very location and has caused water damage to the ceiling in the interior garage. I could go on and on about the frustrations and disappointments of this past year since the work began, but I think photos and videos would do a much better job of conveying my feelings. I recently signed up for Facebook again so I could get these pictures and videos online. I thought I was finished with social media in 2011 when I closed my Facebook account, but here I am again. "I received a confirmation from Choice Home for my claim within hours of filing my claim. Included in the confirmation was the Contractors Name, Phone number and the window for service. I was contacted by the Contractor within the service time window, however it was towards the end of the service window. We missed each other call. Therefore my technician visit was re-scheduled for first visit next day. Next day I was contacted by the tech prior to his arrival and arrived as promised. The technician was respectful of our property, he used shoe protectors and ensure all was cleaned before he left. He quickly identified two problems with A/C and corrected them, The technician explained what was covered by Choice Home Warranty and what was not. He provided a fair price for the extra work for use to decide. The technician also identified another issue with the installation of the U/V light in our A/C and provided valuable maintenance tips. In all it was a positive experience."
