Chris & Jerry made me feel like I was someone they've known for years. They were honest, straight-forward, worked with me on paint color choices, helped me pick-out new shingle colors and did everything they could to make sure this was a great experience. They met with my insurance adjuster, provided paperwork my mortgage company needed and had the work done quickly and efficiently. WOW they transformed my house! It is beautiful! The shingles are perfect with my brick and the color choices Chris helped me choose made my house pop on the street. I was worried about how the guttering would be placed on my home because some neighbors gutters are not attractive and standout in a bad way. Chris was very helpful in explaining how they would make sure it looked seamless. 
I want to highly recommend this company if you are looking for any services: gutters, construction, roofing, anything call them first. YOU CAN DEFINITELY TELL THE HOUSES IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD THAT USED ROCA ROOFING, they all are very beautiful. I know that sounds strange to say, but most of my neighborhood had damage. The houses that used ROCA you recognize right away. They look beautiful! Other roofing companies some of my neighbors used looks blah/plain. I don't know if it is because ROCA has better craftsmanship or they use better quality materials; but I can spot a ROCA roof from the others.

"Excellent work. They took the time and really listened to what I wanted done . The windows were triple-pane and replaced perfectly. One of my windows was a garden window that was a little out of the ordinary, but they were able to replace it with no problems. Siding was beautiful. The detail around the doors, corners and windows was superior to those who had done my siding before. Roofs on my barns were replaced as well as my home and they have never been better. "To be clear on what I am being asked to rate .... Choice is asking me to rate the repair service man that showed up to repair - NOT their warranty service itself. These are two different things. I rate the repair man - high. The warranty company itself - ONE STAR. See they advertise this great warrantee .... but when you go to use it ..... in all the fine print .... they write themselves out of responsibility to take care of your problem so BE CAUTIOUS when choosing to purchase this warranty. I have had this warranty for two years ... never needed it. Then my microwave goes on the blink. Took three weeks to get a repair man to my house and a resolution which ended in basically a non- resolution. They opted to replace vs. repair .... somehow figured my microwave was 10 years old - which is a joke and in the wind gave me $191 to replace it - and this is after I paid the $65 service fee. This is for replacement and installation. See in item #9 of the contract it states they ARE responsible for ALL components (excepts handles, door glass, etc). BUT ... then in #16 it states they do not have to repair ... they can opt to offer replacement costs (THEIR supposed costs - which is NOT retail) so for my $319 microwave +$110 installation it is costing me to replace - They OPTED to give me $$191 minus my $65 service fee ..... which ends up being $123. This is a bunch of ********. They know it and I know it. SO .... if this is how they do on a microwave .... I can ONLY imaging what they will do on something big. So ..... I have zero confidence in this company at this point and as soon as this claim settles out - I receive my whopping $191 ... I plan to cancel this warranty and go with another home warranty company. Maybe they will appreciate my business because this one sure did not. They proved that on this small claim. I do t trust them to risk it if there happened to be a larger claim. Horrible is all I can say."
