"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.
Jim is great to work with, his pricing is very fair, he is prompt and reliable.  I will definitely use his services again.

"Sales process was good, courteous and helpful. Installation instructions were easy to follow. Did have a small issue with one sensor which was easily solved with a call. Control panel is easy to use and well constructed. Phone app is the best part. Not a big fan of a 2 year contract and the monthly rate feels a little high, but definitely a decent system. I had emailed them a question pertaining installing on double hung windows and never received a reply, but other than that their phone support prior to that was good."

He thought of every single detail no matter how small. Including suggesting my dogs stay at a friends so they wouldn't be freaked out by all the noise. Dave went through and pointed out errors and stayed after them till I got more money from them (they ended up cutting me two more checks). Dave is amazing! His crew is great! Hard working and professional. Every nail and all debris was cleaned up. I have a small home but I was treated like I was his top client! "I have two homes and both homes are under the contract. I had one situation that left me almost in tears. I still do not have my air conditioner fixed that broke in June. I had ten scheduled appointments with them. I always tried to listen to the technician so I could pass along information to the next. I wish they would relay the information back to American Home Shield. It got to the point where I purchased two window units to keep us cool.
