"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."
"Outdoor Creations did a very fantastic job on our damaged and leaking roof. They just happened to be driving pass our home one day and observed that our roof needed repair. They stopped by and politely introduced themselves, and asked permission to inspect the roof. After discovering some serious damage from the weather, they facilitated and handled the insurance issues concerning the needed repairs in a professional manner. After the details were completed their crew came and finished the job in two and a half days. The crew was very polite and skilled, and they did a great job. "Roger came to my home to provide an estimate. He arrived promptly. He was professional, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. I showed him the work I needed to have done. He measured the rooms for flooring. He spent time talking with me about some other issues I had with my house and offered some good ideas. I don't think he completely understood my vision for a change in the layout of the shower in the master bath but I would have revisited that topic with him prior to hiring him. I was concerned about a possible cat "accident" ruining new floors and Roger had a great idea to have the planks stained and sealed on site. This would help prevent moisture from getting in between the planks. Roger provided an estimate with moderate details. His estimate was about what I expected and in line with my budget. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being. "
