I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal.
