They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "These guys were incredible! We have been experiencing a large number of earthquakes which makes the necessity of having a sound foundation. They dug at least 4-foot holes in hard clay and still completed the job in a day and a half. Afterwards, they took their time to make sure all windows and doors opened and closed properly. they also measured the floor with a level to make sure it was even. they caulked around all the windows in which they installed the piers. I would highly recommend them for a job well done. Very professional and friendly. they also cleaned the area after completing the job. "

They were professional and had great personalities, easy to get along with. The flooring gave them some issues so the job took longer than expected, but they still charged the original quoted price. The first day, I think we had to reschedule, but once they started working, they were right on-time, got it done, and they cleaned-up after themselves. I did ask them a question to see about something else and they never got back to me about that. So, they never did a follow-up once they had completed their job. I guess they just moved on and I had two more small jobs I thought he could handle, but he never came back to follow-up on those. The price was a really good price. It was a special so it was not their normal price. It looks good."
