The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "These guys were incredible! We have been experiencing a large number of earthquakes which makes the necessity of having a sound foundation. They dug at least 4-foot holes in hard clay and still completed the job in a day and a half. Afterwards, they took their time to make sure all windows and doors opened and closed properly. they also measured the floor with a level to make sure it was even. they caulked around all the windows in which they installed the piers. I would highly recommend them for a job well done. Very professional and friendly. they also cleaned the area after completing the job. "

The first day, I think we had to reschedule, but once they started working, they were right on-time, got it done, and they cleaned-up after themselves. I did ask them a question to see about something else and they never got back to me about that. So, they never did a follow-up once they had completed their job. I guess they just moved on and I had two more small jobs I thought he could handle, but he never came back to follow-up on those. The price was a really good price.
