The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "They came and after looking everything over they said that having a foundation lift would not help, but reccomended that I contact a floor lift service and see if that was the problem. (I had another foundation lift service come as well(Olshan) and they told me the same thing. The floor were not the problem as well, so did not end up spending with any of the services. Although they could not help, I felt they were honest about everything and that was a welcoming thing on it's own."
