"These guys were incredible!   We have been experiencing a large number of earthquakes which makes the necessity of having a sound foundation. They dug at least 4-foot holes in hard clay and still completed the job in a day and a half.  Afterwards, they took their time to make sure all windows and doors opened and closed properly.  they also measured the floor with a level to make sure it was even.  they caulked around all the windows in which they installed the piers.  I would highly recommend them for a job well done.  Very professional and friendly.  they also cleaned the area after completing the job.

"It went well. It was extensive work. They had a sub that did the hardwood floor and tile work. They were nice to talk to and easy to work with. They were real nice. I do have to have them come back and correct a minor issue but I have no doubt they will come back. I would recommend them. They were real competitive on the price. If there are any issues, they stand by it and fix it. Every day they showed up and even the subs showed up when they said they would be there. They were all professional."

"The house was already a chaotic mess because we were having the windows replaced at the same time. They showed up on time and had no issue working around the other installers. They were professional and had great personalities, easy to get along with. The flooring gave them some issues so the job took longer than expected, but they still charged the original quoted price. "The beginning went very well but as we went on they failed to show up when they were scheduled.  There were several different jobs done and different people called in but the head guy didn't make sure they came.  In the end there were a couple areas where we are still have leaks.  I was pretty frustrated by the end.  It was so long ago that I really don't  remember dates or cost.  Sorry I have been so slow.
