Jim and his crew did an exceptional job. They were able to repair the furnace area and stagger the new wood so that the repaired area is virtually undetectable. They set aside an area in the house to lay down a variety of sample stains so that we could see them as they would actually look on the finished floor. The end result was beautiful, and their work was quick, professional, and reasonably-priced. Note: They were also able to accommodate a special request we had to even up an edge in an expanded doorway where we removed some interior wall. Although trimming the edge in place was difficult work, they were able to give us a perfectly even line for our transition to tile in the kitchen area. Thank you!

It looks amazing! I am super pleased with the quality of work and Jim is awesome to work with! He worked so hard to match the old parkay that was already down. This is my second experience with Bullock's and I was super pleased both times! My floor is beautiful!

He did an amazing job. It was absolutely perfect, and the floor looks amazing. He did it for a reasonable price in a good amount of time. He is very friendly and professional, and I would highly recommend him for any wood floor job.

Jim was very prompt in coming out and providing us a quote.  When we accepted the bid he gave us a quick start date and was able to start a day early.  They did a fantastic job and our floors look wonderful.  Such a huge improvement!  They even had to sand down a lot of paint where carpet had been put over the hardwood floors.  We are very pleased and would highly recommend.

Jim and his hired hand flat out did the best job I could have asked for.......Jim was there almost the whole time, when he wasnt, his hand he had working for him was and that guy is a hard worker and good at what he does. They said they would be done in a week and they was (even worked on Labor Day weekend to get it done in time) The wood floors look flawless, better than I ever imagined......These guys are the crew you want in your house, perfessional, personable, hard working, detailed orientated, and what they quote is what you pay........I couldn't ask for better service than what they gave me, big thanks to both of them for the excellent job they did Brad Armitage

Went very well.  Difficulties with removing the shellac on the floors due to their age, but they persisted.  Worked with us in selecting stain.  Results are outstanding.

We had some minor issues with the final finish coat. Jim promptly added another finish coat and the results were outstanding.  We were frankly very surprised at the efforts that Jim and his crew went to minimize the dust.  The whole job was very well done.

Jim is a personable contractor but for reasons I don't understand he chose not to follow up on the completion of the job. I appreciate Angie's List Complaint Process to resolve the conflict , but it took awhile to accomplish the task. I would not use Jim again due to the circumstances , but the compelted job is satisfactory.
