"I used Tin Lizzee to diagnosis my refrigerator. John S. was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problem. Lucky for us it was a minor repair. This is a wonderful service that was quick and efficient and affordable. Unlike the other place that I called that wanted to charge me $89-129 for a diagnostic and could not come out until about 2 weeks later. I definitely will use Tin Lizzee again for future appliance issues. I will tell all my friends and family about this service also. "John contacted me shortly after ordering the service to set up an appointment. Some time in between when our service was scheduled we had an emergency pipe leak in our wet walls. We called out a plumber that fixed that issue and discovered a much more serious issue causing our kitchen sink not to work. We had planned on having John replace our sink but since we need to have extensive plumbing work performed in order to utilize the sink we no longer need the service purchased."

"I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it worked out well. The technician who came out spent more time here than was covered in the Big Deal and did not charge anything extra. Only the owner came out to do the work. He walked over the entire roof and nailed down shingles that had come up because the old nails had popped up. He also put caulking along the area and made other suggestions to me regarding drainage and down spouts. This was the first time I used this company. He was very courteous, easy to work with and explained everything. He did a good job as far as I was concerned."
