We called out a plumber that fixed that issue and discovered a much more serious issue causing our kitchen sink not to work. We had planned on having John replace our sink but since we need to have extensive plumbing work performed in order to utilize the sink we no longer need the service purchased."

He walked over the entire roof and nailed down shingles that had come up because the old nails had popped up. He was very courteous, easy to work with and explained everything. He did a good job as far as I was concerned."
