"They were great. They arrived when they said they would. Did the job, answered all of the questions that we had. Explained how it all worked as they were doing the job. Then cleaned up everything very well. They were all very friendly and very nice. I am so pleased with the job they did for me. My driveway looks so much better. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their concrete driveway leveled."

"We used Vesta Foundations for our driveway repair. Mike, Omar, and Rudy did an incredible job and were very professional. They explained the different phrases as they completed each repair which was very helpful. They used a foam to fill in the voids underneath our driveway and also sealed our joints and put a drainage system from our gutters to carry the water on down the side of the driveway."

"There isn’t anything this man cannot do. On this day Andy came and added a 4 plug outlet on wall, put TV mount up, and put 75” TV up on mount. Under it went in a floating shelf as well. I continue to approve of his work, work ethic and overall self. Very pleasant and he listens to what you want done. He will remain in my ever so important contact list."

"Called, the owner came within an hour, gave estimate. Day 1 prep work, forms set. Day 2delayed due to rain. Day 2 6 man crew showed up, concrete truck arrived, they had a specialized tractor to haul concrete. Pour done within 1hour. 1 man stayed the rest of day to watch and ensure smooth. Next morning, boss inspected then 3 guys came by and removed forms and cleaned area. Total time. Prep, pour and cleanup 6 hours"

"I'm one of the first people to review this business! Naturally, because of that, I was somewhat skeptical about if I should hire Joey and his crew. I'm really glad that I did. Joey did great work to hand mix and pour a small concrete pad for a greenhouse in my backyard. He was easy to work with, reasonably priced, prompt, and cleaned up when he was finished. He helped me make some decisions for the placement, and even gave me some advice about how we could cut the cost down on the project. He even threw in a little extra repair to a brick I had that was falling out of a retaining wall close to the site where he was working on my main project. Give these guys a chance, and they'll do great work for you!"

Concrete Mudjacking questions, answered by experts

The timeframe is generally a few hours, allowing for immediate use post-hydration, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding activities.

Concrete leveling is not typically covered by insurance. In some cases where the shifting concrete is caused by a natural disaster or storm, you may be able to file an insurance claim if your policy specifically covers those circumstances. In most cases, though, you’ll pay out-of-pocket for concrete leveling.

Polyjacking and mudjacking can both be effective solutions for sinking concrete, but they have key differences. Polyjacking, which uses expanding polyurethane foam, is often considered a better option because the foam is significantly lighter than the cementitious material used for mudjacking. This reduced weight puts less pressure on the underlying soil and lowers the risk of future sinking. Polyjacking is suitable for any sinking concrete slab, while mudjacking is typically only recommended for non-structural concrete, such as sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and driveways. The primary drawback of polyjacking is its cost, which can be up to four times higher than mudjacking—as much as $25 per square foot compared to a maximum of about $6 per square foot for mudjacking.

Many contractors offer warranties for their work. Confirm terms before starting the project.

Concrete leveling can last anywhere from five to 10 years or more, and in some cases, it can be a permanent solution. The longevity depends on the method used and whether the underlying cause of the sinking is addressed. For example, mudjacking typically lasts five to 10 years, while polyjacking can last for 20 years or more. It's best to consult a professional for an accurate timeline based on your specific situation and any factors that could cause the issue to recur.
