"Bathroom remodel: the backsplash was put on with the front facing side against the wall. I had to reorder more and tell them how to do it. Tile installed on floor and shower. Told me to order the wrong amount. I had to reorder more which came from a different batch and didn’t match exactly. Approximately 4 years after remodel the grout started failing. I now have many places with no grout and it’s getting worse. I can’t even find anyone who is willing to fix the mess they created. I highly recommend anyone to find another contractor for any work needed. Terrible work"

"Outstanding working with company. Replaced siding with improved hardy board. Company found improper build from original builder. This contractor able to repair and replace where needed as well as worked with me on paying for the additional work. My wife and I don’t have much of an artistic eye but Michelle was able to use her computer magic to allow us to see mock ups using different colors as well as what our addition will look like. Yes company put up a gorgeous carport and addition to existing pavilion. Company does rain gutters as well. A one stop shop which I prefer instead of having multiple contractors. Great family feel when working with owners and staff. Company worked from sun up until sun down only missing obvious rain delays attempted several time to work in between rain. You won’t be disappointed with work. Truly company takes pride in there work as if it was there own. With that I will leave this. Company fully trustworthy and will call them again. "

He was able to come to our home late that afternoon after he finished with another client. He diagnosed the problem, and made the repairs. I feel his pricing was very fair. "When I moved into my house with 4 kids we found out the lateral lines were crushed so we called Miltys he was fast to send someone out to look at our problem. The work to be done was in the rainy season and he had me a new arobic system in just a few days. The price did go from 5 thousand to 8 thousand because he hit rock which I understand but was a little excessive. Miltys put the dirt next to the arobic system and told me he would be back to take away the dirt which I paid extra for. 4 months later the dirt was still there and after a few calls to Miltys with no one coming to take the dirt I rented a skid steer and removed it myself. Milty does good work but needs to keep his customers in mind even after they pay there bill."

"Mike is very easy to talk to and made sure we understood what he was going to do to complete the project we wanted and made sure we understood how he was going to do it. If I could give more stars I would because he was willing to work around our schedule and neither him or his boys were bothered when my young children got a little too nosey."
