Paid for 6? guttering on my new house and shop. Work looked good and had a 1 year warranty. The first snow (January)tore the gutting down on my shop and I was told as soon as the weather gets better we will come repair it. After the weather was nice (April) I called him and he said he can?t cover it because his insurance won?t cover it. Lol. Well then what?s your warranty? He said he will have to cover it out of pocket and give him a few weeks to get some jobs under his belt then he will be out here. Asked to send him a pin and he would send someone out to measure. (Never sent anyone). Called today May 15th and he didn?t answer. Left a message and got a return text, I moved and am no longer in the gutter business.

They Did an excellent job that I can tell so far. Only issue I had was contacting me when they came over for estimate. I was home but didn't hear the knocking or door bell but they did the estimate anyway. There is a patio on the back that was left out of estimate. I would recommend to call the customer before moving forward on estimate. But I am truly pleased with the job and the price. I would highly recommend them.

The initial gutter and cover install was great, their warranty and customer service is horrible. I would recommend going with another company that has a warranty longer than a year and stands behind their work. I have tried to contact with pictures and videos (leaks under our soffits and our shingles cupping), since the only means of contact was through text, I was blocked, all because I wanted the owner to come out to see our issues instead of just sending his crew out. Was made to feel like we were a bother. We have now had to hire another company to come fix our gutters that are not draining properly since Iâ ve been blocked and they refuse to deal with us on a professional level. Now we know why they were inexpensive.

Mr. Davis was very professional when he came out to give me my estimate. He explained the process. When the men came out to do the job, they were professional, kind and explained what they were doing. It did not take the long to finished and clean up. I recommend this company. Thank you guys. 1/2 hour later than planned thanks to a blow out. Worked with our crazy scheduling needs. Mid-range of 5 quotes. Two man crew were fast, courteous. efficient and picked up after themselves. Went with the higher priced 6" gutters, glad we did. Handled the rain better than the old 5" ever did. Will have to put extenders on bottom of downspouts, they don't go far enough away from the walls. Still have water in basement, but not as bad as when had no gutters. If/when we need more guttering, will definitely go with Diamond Gutter Co.

Fast, dependable, price was very resonable especially compared to 2 other quotes. When the owner told me they have several Lowe's around the Tulsa area that they do guttering for, I knew they had to be good & they were.

They showed up when they said they would and finished in less time than expected. The job site was left clean and the job was perfect! Easy to work with. If only all contractors had the same work ethic!
