The inspection went well. The service tech showed up and got right to work. He checked almost everything in the house for proper function and discussed all of his findings with me. There were a few recommendation made but nothing was pushed on us.

The reason that I put a B rating for Quality is due to the fact that the water lines and plumbing under the home (with crawl space) were not checked. This could have been an invalid expectation on my part. Even with that, I think this was a valuable process (even at twice what we paid for it).

While the shingles were being replaced, the installers noted that the original builder had used pine trim on the chimney housing and they were rotting. David replaced the trim with cedar (which it should have been originally) and some of the siding at a cost of the materials only. David monitored the work frequently, although his crew is very experienced and didn't need much supervision.
