The initial job was a difficult challenge... cleaning, sealing, prepping, priming, and finally painting a house that was coated with many years of nicotine tar and smoke. He also repaired sheetrock, retextured and replaced walls and ceilings, removed old electrical fixtures, installed antique lighting and an vintage medicine cabinet, repaired a garage door, did carpentry work on trim, doors, and windows including trimming down and installing new doors and constructing window frames.
