"I hired Doug to replace a kitchen light and install another one aligned with the first one. Also replace a bathroom exhaust fan/light. He seems to be a nice gentleman, but struggled with the lights and how to run the wires. I finally offered to hold the light so he could attach it, after hearing screws falling and him cursing for awhile. So after 5 hours, he had 1 light up and it was not aligned or straight. He did sweep up and did a little vacuuming before he left. But he left me with an open ceiling spot with insulation that kept falling down. He also broke 2 of the clips for the lights. He used the second lights clips, leaving no clips for the second light. He said he would bring me some, but as of now, he has not. If you have a small job, he may do fine. 5 hours and I still have to have the one thing he did, fixed."
