The person sent was promised to be their best when I noted the house was quite dirty and needed work. The person got there late. Then in 3 hours and 40" she cleaned 1 full bath that admittedly had mold and needed work and 1/2 bath that didn't need much at all. She seemed to resent being asked to clean real dirt. There was a small furnace room with a muddy floor from a backed up storm drain which when she finally got to it didn't really know how to clean it. She should have used a bucket and mop and gotten back in the corners but she wiped up some of the dirt in the front of the closet and left the rest. When I sent her back she for some unknown reason used a carpet sweeper on the now damp and still muddy cement floor. She then set the sweeper down on the newly cleaned hall carpet leaving multiple mud stains all over from the sweeper. She said she couldn't reach the corners. She never got to the kitchen which I ended having to clean along with redoing the furnace room including the corners which were easily reached with the right equipment..

"We anticipated "very dirty" but even at that were shocked by the condition of the vacated apartment in Kettering. You had agreed to 4 plus hours and seemed to understand it would take quite some time because of the condition. I am sorry that I didn't see the property beforehand, I may have passed on the opportunity. Most empty apartments that size take about 3 hours. The furnace room "mud back up" situation was something we would not have been prepared to clean with our normal equipment for an empty. My apologies, but had we known prior to coming we could have made provision to address the situation. That being said, you called and said that our maid did an excellent job on the work she was able to complete - which was basically two bathrooms. Because of your concern that it took her so long, we only charged you for two hours which is the amount of time you thought was warranted. It was my impression that we left on a good note, however, your review states otherwise. If you ever call again, I will be sure to come and assess your project before scheduling it. Since you said the results in the bathroom were excellent and you agreed with our willingness to adjust your fee to what you thought was fair, I think your review is a bit disingenuous."

It was great! I have had other services that have not been as conscientious, professional and trained in their work. I received excellent service, courtesy on the phone and overall good customer service. The service comes once a month and I so very much appreciate them. I am no longer able to perform a lot of cleaning tasks and the girls that come do a wonderful job. Thank you very much.

I received a very prompt phone call from Liberty Maids shortly after putting in my request. Very friendly, very helpful, we settled on a date and time with a cost estimate since they had never been to our house before (I had a very short time frame for needing housecleaning, and they were able to accommodate me very quickly). Traci arrived at our home right on time and started right in cleaning. She did a terrific job and was very professional. She explained the payment, which fit perfectly with what I was told prior to the job being done. I called the office to pay for the service and again the person was very friendly. Overall, a very nice experience with friendly, very competent people. I will be contacting them to see if they can help us on a routine basis as my husband and I are no longer able to do a lot of household cleaning ourselves. Thanks!

The cleaners are excellent. They are conscientious, professional and stand by their work. When I was not satisfied with a ceramic tile kitchen floor, the cleaner scrubbed every inch on her hands and knees. Beautiful! No other issues because of excellent work. Every person (the owner Rebecca and cleaners) I have had contact with has been personable and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I think it was a fluke what happened last time, so I will use them again. It is good work, but you need to be specific on what you would like. They sent one worker. The worker is very pleasant.

Fabulous. Spotless. She gets the tubs clean in the 2 most used bathrooms and the house is always spotless. Unbelieveae quality! And so efficient in the 2 hour time
