"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

"Cabinets went well, countertops were and are 4 months later, a nightmare. The installer forgot to secure the sink, and reattach the supply line for the dishwasher,almost causing it to burn out. He also left a 1/4 " gap between the pieces of counter, which he filled with putty and glazed over in an attempt to hide his mistake. He also moved a couple small appliances over top to hide the shoddy workmanship. The owner agreed to fully compensate me for the tops(I have emails) and the labor. Then 4 months later after several excuses she is now only willing to pay back the labor, and not for the ruined countertops. Please in my opinion save your sanity and don't hire these people. It has been a nightmare."
