"Chris and his assistant did an excellent job of explaining the situation and options for repairing or replacing our hot water heater. In the end we chose to replace it and they were able to secure a new unit and install it within 3 hours. "The job was done very well. Our lower level was a major problem and it turned out that our fuse box was in serious trouble. The team explained the problem and quickly fixed the lower level issues and fuse box. The bathroom fan needed parts in order for the installation to be completed to my satisfaction, the technician showed me exactly what to order and I have, he is coming back out to install them.
