"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They came to the job as scheduled. The first day they did all the rough repairs in all rooms, walls and ceilings. The second day, they put barriers up in the rooms and sanded the repairs to make them smooth. This took half a day. The other two and one half days, they did all the painting. They had three very skilled painters doing the work. They kept asking our comments during the work, and all our comments were favorable. The three painters did a great job in dividing the work so it was done quickly. We had moved most of our belongings out of the rooms, but they moved one very heavy piece. At the end of the job, they cleared out all drop clothes, and vacuumed the area. They walked around the job with my wife and I to make absolutely sure the job was done to our satisfaction. We found not problems. All surfaces were well painted, the borders between colors were straight and clean, and there were no paint spatters on the floor.

"We had estimates from 3 other Screen room companies, but felt the most comfortable with C & D because of their explanation of their products and the flexibility of the options offered. We met numerous times with the C & D sales person Harry Dunham to present to us the various types of 2, 3 and 4 season patio rooms C & D had to offer. Harry was great and patiently worked with us to price up and present designs. We wore out Harry asking for recommendations and changing our minds many times. Harry was pleasure to work with and was determined to make us happy. When it came time for the install it was December and cold and snowy. The C & D installers, Josh and Scott worked very hard for more than a week through a very cold and snowy weather. Josh and Scott were professional and worked with a great work ethic to make the job go well despite the cold weather and snow. They showed concern for the their quality of work and made very good recommendations to any problems as they occurred. During the install despite the muddy wet days Scott and Josh showed concern and tried their best to keep the mud away from the new room by laying card board sheets to keep to mess to a minimum for our 2 Shih-tzu's so they would not track in the mud into our house. Before and during the construction we met and talked with the owners Jake and Greg Hood and they answered our questions and we felt very comfortable dealing with a family owned business. It has been been a few months and we contacted Gregg at C & D was very responsive to send Scott back to resolve a very minor leak. We highly recommend C & D for their quality products, honesty and excellent service. We would definitely do business with them again."

"We recently moved in to our new home, coming from out of state.  As we were finishing a major interior painting project, we called Bob Daughhetee for an estimate to clean all the windows -- inside and out, and all the screens -- now, and to discuss the possibility of putting up holiday decorations (we "inherited" many from the previous owners) later on.  While here, Bob suggested cleaning the canopy above one of the windows, too, which we actually thought was a hopeless mess.  We had a screen door in need of repair.  He listened carefully to our needs and noted our concern about washing interior windows with very fresh paint on the trim.  We decided to go ahead and use Blue Sky's services.  CLEARLY (pun intentional!), Blue Sky knows how to achieve great results in cleaning windows.  Even the canopy, which we decided couldn't look worse to start with, turned out vastly improved, to our surprise.  The entire crew did an excellent and very thorough job on the work described above, taking care (especially around the freshly painted areas) throughout our home.  When they noticed an issue that would need to be addressed eventually, we were told about it.  This is very helpful for new owners who haven't yet discovered everything needing attention.  They demonstrated competence, courtesy and professionalism in every respect.  Everyone on this crew seems to take pride in their work.  It shows in the results, and we appreciate it!  We are very happy -- what a difference a day can make!
