Except for one – Shaun from Extreme’s One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Beavercreek stopped by the same day. He did a thorough review of the situation (and he really knows his stuff!) and provided me estimates for 3 different options. It all made sense, but I wanted to get estimates from other companies as well. It turns out they were all higher and had some “gotcha’s” in them. Then before I could make up my mind, Shaun called and told me of a special opportunity he found out about, at a much lower cost. I placed the order over the phone. The crew arrived two days later. Joe and Caleb are real expert installers. Shaun was there too, helping and guiding. They did an excellent job with the installation and cleanup, offering creative solutions to various minor issues that came up due to my requirements and satisfying my every whim. The end result is a first-rate mini-split, performing better than expected and at a very affordable price. Next time I have an A/C or heating project, Extreme’s One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning will be the first and only company I call."

The next morning, they texted at 7am to say a tech would be there between 8 and 10am. Then the tech (Angie) called at 7:30am and said she would be there at 8:20am. She found the problem and had the parts on-hand to fix immediately. Then she checked other components (air handler and heat pump) to make sure heat and cool modes worked properly. I was shocked and pleased how quickly they responded. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so. As a DIYer, I tend to fix most things if I have the time. When I don't have the time or the proper tools (like refrigerate), I trust Hubbs for quality service and fair pricing."
