He came and gave us a quote that was fair and we decided to work with him to create garden beds in our back yard, switch plants in the front, and the repair our lawn with sod. As well as add steppers and a rock. The work that was completed looked great. He then tells me he misquoted us by mistake by over a grand due to labor being not included (which was listed in our quote) and basically guessing on plant costs. Prior to this I had asked for an itemized quote multiple times so there was no excuse for this. We met half way and took care of the payment. At this point we were waiting on our sod to be delivered, our steppers, and the rock. His team came and prepped our yard, then never came back. It has been over six weeks and he owes me 1200 dollars back. He keeps telling me he will pay me and now he has blocked my number. This has been a nightmare trying to get the job finished."
